We had a wonderful dinner at Craft Public House… The menu is extremely vast but be warned there only a handful of vegetarian/vegan options… but the food that we did order hit the spot!! The nachos were a bit of a let down but the eggplant more than made up for that! The eggplant dish was banging!! The portions are v generous! And the dessert portions are mind boggling! Overall, it’s a great family dining experience. We were seated in the relatively less exciting part of the restaurant. The side with the bar and the televisions is definitely more vibrant.

Stopped in for lunch on a Saturday. The food and service were very good and the restaurant was clean and homey. We got BBQ chicken pizza and fish and chips. Both dishes were delicious and we didn't leave hungry. They have a good beer and wine selection. More

We had a fantastic experience at Craft Public House! From the moment we walked in, the welcoming atmosphere and friendly service stood out — our server was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The menu offers a great variety of elevated pub favorites and comfort classics, all made from scratch, which made choosing a dish tough because everything sounded so good! All in all, a great place for casual dining, great drinks, and excellent company. Highly recommend!

My server was Elijah. He was absolutely fantastic. Very attentive. He was very friendly as well.
However, I do agree with many other reviews, the food was kind of bland. It wasn’t what I had hoped for.
The setup of this place is very odd. You walk in to a bakery and then get seated near the bar and then there is kind of a separate seating section with very little partition. I sat at a high top near the bar and should have asked to move. There was plenty of parking.
Not sure if I would visit again. Pleasant experience overall.

Our first time here left a fairly good impression. The food was decent, service was excellent (we were seated on a low top, which was important to us, and he came by to get us new drinks every now and then). We both got turkey pesto sandwiches, which were light on the stomach. The side of carrots wasn’t that good, but the flavors grew on me as I ate more. What we got left us feeling full but not gross. Jalapeño poppers were good but there were too few for the price. Definitely will come back, an overall positive experience!
We did come back and I tried the country fried chicken salad. The chicken was a little over-fried (extra crispy), and the salad itself was good. Pretty hearty mix of veggies. The crispy fried shrimp are small but mighty. That dipping sauce packs a lotta flavor. The fried shrimp is probs what we’re gonna get every time from now on.
The craft chicken pasta was cheesy and tasty! The grilled chicken and the garlic bread were especially good. Our waiter Mikey was efficient and attentive. The restaurant was still a little on the cold side, but thankfully the music was not too loud. The only other complaint besides temperature I have is that the prices have gone really high. It was ~$80 for the two of us.

My wife and I had lunch here this past week. We had some errands to run in the area and decided we would give this place a try. I ordered the Prime Dip and my wife had the Crab cake sandwich. Both of these sandwiches cost over 18.00 each. For that price there is a basic expectation for flavor. For the Prime dip, the only good thing about it was the bread. For the rest, including the au jus, there was an absence of any flavor or seasoning. I don't mean that it just needed some salt, I mean it had no flavor. For a restaurant that boasts in house smoked meat I would expect that the cooks know how to season and add flavor to the food. For $18.50 I am justified in expecting better. My wife had similar comments about her sandwich. There is a real issue when cooks and chefs do not care enough to ensure that the quality of the food meets the expectations and the price. I would bet that none of them even tasted the meat or the au jus. What they served that day needed some real attention to seasoning and flavor. While this was our first visit, it will also be the last. We travel quite a bit and have eaten at many restaurants that have owners and chefs that have real passion for the food they serve, we need more of those in this area. Even the local Panera has a more flavorful "dip" sandwich, and better yet, half the price.

Felt the food could have been better, the items we ordered had no seasoning there was no basic salt nor nothing felt blunt expect the CPH Nacho’s, some of the items like Pub burger and Stuffed Eggplant were little pricey. The lady who served us was good and checked if we were doing good.

I'm so glad this came up in our search for a good place to eat. We were originally going to Danny's BBQ but they were closed on New Year's Day. As much as I was looking forward to their brisket, I'm glad we found a new place in the area.
We had hoped to try the country fried steak, but they were out. We got the shepherds pie instead and a French dip. Both were amazing with generous portions of meat. The hand cut fries were great as well as the sweet potato fries. I highly recommend Craft's if you're in the area. It's a solid $20 per person, but the portions and quality are well worth it.
My only complaint was that NC State was short changed with their signage above the restroom entrance. 🤪

Excellent breakfast.
And best cheese grits I've ever had! Waitress was very attentive & pleasant. They weren't very busy when we arrived but got much busier closer to lunch time. But the sports- bar atmosphere was nice & never got very loud. We will return soon! More

The only reason I'm giving this place 4 stars is because there was a hair in my drink. When I sent it back, the bartender tried telling me it was a bamboo splinter-- I know the difference between a hair and a splinter.
Other than that the food was decent and the waitress was very nice and accommodating for our dog. The bloody mary's are good, the cheesesteak sandwich lacked flavor but the fries were really good, my boyfriend ordered the chicken pot pie and it was really freaking good. A little overpriced but not a bad place to eat.

I stopped by Craft Public House for a weekday lunch recently. Overall, it was a solid experience, though there are a few things to keep in mind if you’re headed there midday.
The Food
I ordered the chicken pot pie, and I have to say, the kitchen knows what they’re doing. The flavor was excellent and the portion size was spot on—I left feeling full without being overstuffed. It’s clearly high-quality comfort food.
The Experience
* Service: It was perfectly fine, though not exactly exceptional. I did have to flag someone down to get beverage refills, which is a small detail but worth noting if you're in a hurry.
* Drinks: Just a heads-up for the brand-loyal out there: they serve Pepsi products.
* Value: This is my only real sticking point. While the food tasted great, the bill felt a little steep for a casual weekday lunch in Cary.
Summary: Great flavors and appropriate portions, but you definitely pay a premium for it. If you don't mind spending a few extra dollars for a quality meal, it's a great spot.

Stopped here after spending the day out in town and it has a dog friendly patio which is what caused us to stop by. Everything about this restaurant was amazing. The service the food and how easy it is to talk with little noise. They had tvs out on the patio and on a day like today it was great to sit out and enjoy the weather. The waitress brought our dog a water and a treat upon paying. The chicken pot pie was absolutely amazing and made me nostalgic to my younger days. The salad was great I would say it would be even better with diced eggs. Lastly the sweet tea and bloody Mary were both very good. I highly recommend this restaurant and will return.

One of our Go-To spots for drinks... A wide range of craft cocktails and beers... And they serve delicious food too... We have tried the Bacon Jalapeno Dip or the Buffalo Chicken Dip with outrageously good Pita bread, some outstanding Loaded Nachos... Great Smokehouse BBQ Burgers and Meatloafs too and the good old Fish and Chips too...

Great food and a fun atmosphere with all the t v's. The Chicken Tenders are worth the trip by themselves. So tender and breading was perfectly seasoned. Hubby had the Cali Chicken sandwich and it was fantastic! Piled high with goodies. A must get. Service was fast and pleasant, considering they were extremely busy. Great beer selection.

Had lunch. Really great service. Chicken cordon blue was fantastic. It's not like your standard cordon blue; all of the ham, cheese, etc. is on top of fried chicken. Really great. Cheese burger and sweet potato fries on pretzel bun. Burger was cooked "juuuuust right" my daughter said. Wife got a crispy chicken sandwich and a wedge salad. The sandwich was lightly breaded, with great juice. They also have a ridiculous bakery (see pics). Highly recommend.
